After a challenging and successful career in the Corporate world, I decided to follow my dreams. I became a passionate and committed entrepreneur, who discovered the benefits of using my strengths to achieve my goals.

My primary expertise lies in Executive Search, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Recruitment and Mentorship.  I specialize in understanding the strategic drivers of your business ensuring that your company has the RIGHT PEOPLE capable of delivering results. I have successfully developed methodologies to understand people in a special way and have the commitment to evoke excellence from my Coachee’s.

Previous Background

I have extensive HR, Financial Management, Management Consulting and IT experience.  In November 1998, I joined a Multinational IT company - and worked through various levels of Management and Leadership roles.  After 6 years in IT, I was headhunted and joined an Executive Management Search company. Throughout my stay there I have successfully built amongst others, Equity teams for ABI, SAB and Barclays SA. Since my departure from the corporate world I have started my own Executive Search and Coaching Company. 
I have done Executive Management search assignments in South Africa, Africa and Europe. Executives placed, have all gone through a Coaching or Mentoring programme. I have done work for more than 7 clients across all industries in the private sector and local Government with a high level of repeat or referral business.

Coaching Work

I make use of the one-on-one integral coaching model. By focussing on the different domains I introduce competencies to support and build basis of realities to ensure my Coachee’s achieve their coaching objectives. Our coaching programme is unique and based on a solid framework of theory and practice and it gives structure and reason as to what we do and why. This model gives the Coachee the experience to explore the structure of any experience, especially the structure of excellence – it also enhances the ability to run your own brain, to manage your own states, to accelerate your learning and to enrich your personal- and professional life with higher-level meanings.
